Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@feluga.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

As each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
