Order Processing

All Feluga products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

Feluga is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to change it once production has started. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@feluga.shop.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged)

We'll investigate the issue and work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
